Our Mission:
To promote and support Family and Consumer Sciences teachers and programs in making a positive impact on families and communities in Nebraska.

Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) Education prepares today's secondary students with skills needed to successfully manage their roles in society as wage earners, family, and community members. Knowledge of our subject areas, preparation for careers, and leadership skills are the essential keys that affect an individual's success and happiness as they enter the world of work and family life.  Through FACS education we provide students with the essential keys necessary to reach their full potential within their life, home, and work.
